When I Tell you Physical Therapy 🙄🙄🙄🙄😒

When I tell you I took the most... Intense physical Therapy .....

Brutal ......two a days for the past weeks .. and ice baths ...if you're an athlete you understand ....🥶🥶🫤..why I said intense...

then he Says ok Latina mom .....he said we love you ..i said liar .. lying ass !!!😕😕😒😒....he said doing it for my own good he said !!!

He's lucky he Cute..Not gonna lie ..😁 ...but boy he pushed me !!!

Chef Lupé ...let's get you back in the kitchen ...

We gonna fight ... He blocks every punch i want to throw .. lol 🙄😁

But I'm back up walking without a boot .. no crunches... My leg is healing ....pretty weak still but ..I'm ok ..you're talking foot to hip ....

He had to Google all the Spanish words I yelled .. 😆😁😬😬😬😬

I'm on the Fu***ng Mend ...to get Back !!!

When I say I'll show up for my kids ..(Meaning any kid I mentor...teach .. Coach .. ) I mean That!!! With all my heart ❤️ ... AJ gave me props today saying you showed up .. ..and the team said Chef Lupé ....

Broken foot leg and all .. lol ... I'm there ,☺️

Showing up ... Makes a difference !!!

Ok I'm not use to hitting the window for fist pumps and goals in the hockey rink ..lol 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ ..but we did...🤗

And heard these hockey pucks since I lived here ...🙄🙄🙄 annoying

But ...my boy AJ .. I will do my best to support him ... Always try my best ... And keep showing up !! Broken leg and all !! 😁😁

You know ... people don't understand I lived on the streets..I was Homeless ...as a teen .. grew up on Foster care....

Some know my story .. now you all will .. I slept on a Fraternity house porch ...was only place I could find ...they gave me a lunch .. some times let me in ..

I was 12.. in the system when I was 15. .and still on the streets ...15 foster homes ...All you that knew me playing sports .. in school ... They could not take my education away ..I was determined ... And I got college Degree ...

My English was good .. my Spanish too..

Some days when I get angry it's hard to say what I feel in English .. but if you know me my Spanish comes out .. and you understand....

I love my culture ..
And we not going anywhere ...my children lived in Mexico ... My grandbabies learn the culture ..
People give me s**t from where I came from ....

I came from the ground up... on my own

And I'm proud to be a Mexican ...

My children ..my grandbabies speak Spanish ... And the Culture Lives on

That's me opening up since I got so many messages ..

And know look at me .. A Know Chef here in the State line ..people asking me for help ....from Janesville to Rockford ...

And Doing Catering ....

There you go ...You Can't stop us .. !!!
And I'll still Show up For my Kids meaning those I Mentor ..those I teach .. and my Flesh and blood ...

I cooked for my Apartment Complex ... Some know me some not ... And then for people next door I didn't know ... Came by to get a plate ...

And friends that stopped by

As a culture ... We do things out of our hard work ... Broken and all...

Some things can't be translated in English and mean the same ... It just doesn't ..

So it's hard for me to speak what I feel ..

I have broken English and Spanish have a hard time translation...

I have a broken leg and can't work yet in the kitchen ... I never took any money .. no donations .. nothing but I fed my Kids ...meaning grandbabies and kids ..and yes the ex Thier dad ... 🤷🏾‍♀️ And Friends ... Neighbors...!!!

I did this because broken or not ... I still come thru ... We don't give up ..

Hispanic culture is here to stay ...

Sauce is getting ready for the smoked Brisket I'm Cooking For my 3 building apartment Complex this Saturday ...4pm .. ..anyone in the Community is more than welcome come ....bring a Dish I need sides I'll have some sides potatoes .. my neighbor said Mac and cheese ...I need tortillas ..paper plates .. napkins .. side dish ...anything ...l will have fruit as well ... I'm doing this out of my heart ... For the love of humanity ... And the struggles we go thru ....

Broken leg and all I'll be out there !!! ☺️😜

When you hear me talk about "The Kid".. this is him .. I went thru Hell and back for him from day one...and do it all over again ... He takes out the trash ..does laundry ..cooks family meals .. without being asked ... I carry him anywhere .... Taught him to cook ...He is now Chef Rico .... Leónsito ..I love you baby 🤗🤗... Go be great !!
