What a wonderful week at Ruby! A full house, a table filled with conversation and laughter, and so many people coming together over a pot of tea.

This is exactly why we do what we do. Tea has a pretty wonderful way of turning a table full of people into a community.

Cream Tea is a short tea break that originated in southwest England, particularly Devon and Cornwall. Traditionally, this light little repast includes scones, jam, clotted or whipped cream, a few sweet treats, and of course, a pot of tea.
