Thought I would do a quick update on how things are going on the farm. In a couple weeks we will take delivery of our second hi tunnel. As you can see, the ground has been prepared. As you can see, the vegetables in the hi tunnel are doing great. This is our first year for trying bac Choi. It is looking great. These, along with the turnips and some of the lettuce will be ready in a couple weeks; followed by more lettuce and kohlrabi. We will also have baby curly leaf kale and collards available. Later we will have cabbage and broccoli. We also have cilantro now. If you are interested in some great naturally grown veggies let us know.
