We’re adding a bit of heat and tang to a St. Patrick’s Day classic. Try this Spicy Cabbage & Herb Colcannon Skillet recipe with your favorite sauces and pickles! ☘️

Ingredients (Serves 4)
-2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
-1 stick of butter
-½ head of cabbage
-½ cup whole milk or cream
-1 cup chopped green onions
-1 cup Pickles
-2 tbsp chopped Edible Garden parsley
-1–2 tbsp Hungarian Wax Sauce (adjust to taste)
-Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook 15–18 minutes until fork-tender. Drain well.

2. Return potatoes to the pot over low heat. Add half stick of butter and milk. Mash until smooth but still rustic.

3. Stir in the chopped Edible Garden parsley. Mix in the chopped Pickle Party pickles, cabbage and half stick of butter for tang and texture. Add Pulp Hungarian Wax Sauce and adjust to taste.

4. Transfer the mixture to a cast-iron skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes so the bottom gets slightly crisp. Season with salt and black pepper.

5. Top with extra herbs, drizzle of Pulp Hungarian Wax Sauce & serve hot.
