I picked up a few (including “Maniac Magee”) at yesterday. It’s a free bookstore in Chicago ;)
A favorite for a decade has been “My Side of the Mountain.” We also love “Rad Girls Can.” . . . .

*re: Farm Bill: Since the incumbents still control the narrative, change will not come easily. There’s a revolving door btwn a few companies & govt which props up primitive biz models. The list of incumbents is small, but broader than you may imagine - yes, Tyson, Bayer and McDonalds, but also Pfizer and Goldman Sachs.

The goal is for a more representative government that sets rules and incentives so business can solve problems. . . . . .
