I'm enjoying a sober weekend being on call for crisis response so I thought I'd stop by Mrs. Sippi non-alcoholic bottle shop to get some NA beverages. I have been eyeing this kolsch style for a bit now so I went with that. It wasn't disappointing like so many kolsch styles are to me. Although it reminded me more of an ale, it was still crisp and refreshing.

Stopped by Rendezvous Brewing today and tried their Japanese rice lager called Laugh Tale. It was so crisp, clean, and refreshing. The brewery is on a cute little street next to a park by Birch Lake. Check this place out if you haven't.
