Our matcha is a blend of Saemidori & Okumidori, sourced from Shizuoka and Kagoshima, Japan.🇯🇵

Smooth, creamy and full of umami, with tasting notes of:

🌿 Steamed spinach — fresh & green
🧈 Melted butter — rich & creamy
🍞 Warm toast — soft, roasted finish

The tea leaves are shaded for 24 days before harvest, helping develop a deeper green color, smoother taste and richer umami.
