It’s been a lovely cruise, but after 14 years, it’s time to sail on from my Jimmy Buffett/ Margaritaville inspired cookie business.⛵️🌴
It all started back stage at a Jimmy Buffett concert in Charleston, SC. It was a journey I never could have imagined.
With the encouragement and support from Gina Knight and “Sunshine”, Lone Palm Cookie Company, LLC was created. 🍔
It was an exciting run for many years providing sweet treats to Margaritaville locations in Key West, Charleston, New Orleans, Pensacola and Nashville.
It was a pleasure bringing sweet treats to a handful of resorts in the Florida keys, local grocery stores, gift shops and the National Comedy Center.
It all started as a “cheeseburger cookie” business but soon expanded into “Pirate Balls”, “ Schweddy Balls”, “Key Lime Coconut Balls”, Shortbread and the very popular “ Key Lime Pies from Paradise.”
A heartfelt “Thank you” to all of my local customers, online customers and parrot head friends near and far.
I could not have done it all without the help and support from my mother, Janet!😊
My business taught me about dedication, hard work and the importance of customer service!
As I leave one business behind, and settle into my new real estate career, Jimmy Buffett was and will always be my inspiration. 🌋🏝️
