What a wonderful night! We were honored to have our beef be a centerpiece for the Valentine’s Day Event at the last night. Chef Kit Lindsey knocked it out of the park! So many amazing flavors. highlighted as well. It is truly amazing to be a part of this talented local food community!

Every once in a while you get validation that you are on the right path! Meet Eric and his parents. Eric travels the country for work. Everywhere he goes he supports the local farmers markets to source his food. He has told me that despite despite sourcing locally and responsibly raised food he has never found beef that rivals ours for flavor! High praise. Even more satusfying that he drove out of his way to our storefront in Cooper to stock up. A great morning! Hope y’all have a great morning too!!
