Hello, all. I hope that you don't mind a note and have a minute for an update on my progress toward building my sandwich stand and getting into business. I've been down physically for 3 weeks, with pneumonia and was hospitalized for a bit. However, I'm getting back on my feet and healthier now. So, I'm about ready to get back to constructing my sandwich stand. As for funding the building work, I still have about $200 remaining, from the $1,330 that you all donated, so far. In rough amounts, your donations went to the following improvements: 1. Framing $200 2. Roofing $300 3. Miscellaneous hardware $300 4. Stove $100 5. Repair on fridge $75 6. Electrical $50 I can almost complete the following, with what cash I have not spent yet: 1. Inside paneling to code $150 2. Misc to create shelves $100 I need about $1,500 for the following items to complete the work: 1. Solar system $550 2. Plumbing materials $200 3. Licensing $500 4. Miscellaneous signs, paint, caulking, etc. $250 There are 16 of you who have helped me with your $1,330 in donations. If each of you can loan to me an average of $100 each, then I will have the $1,500 that I need. If you do so, I will pay you back for this amount and for what you donated previously. You can choose to receive the repayment either as a credit toward my food products, or, be paid back in cash. My goal, with your help, is to be in business by late August or early September. Payments back to you all, will be in the order of your loans to me, as soon as possible, thereafter. FYI, I expect to create a projected net profit of $4000 a month, from which to reimburse all of you. Finally, I hate asking for money, but with your help, I will become financially independent.
