We will be at the Athens Farmer's Athens, Tx Farmers Market this Saturday in our normal spot even with the Black Eyed Pea and Fiddlers Reunion going on downtown. It should be a wonderfully cool Fall day too! Enjoy the festivities and take home some of our amazing grass-finished Angus and Hereford beef 😋

This is James' younger brother, Robert. He has been helping me at the Athens, Tx Farmers Market when James is busy with soccer and other activities. Robert has caught on quick and has such a good heart. Two Saturdays ago when the downpour/flooding occured right before the market ended, Robert said we need to help Clint, known as "Cowboy" at the market, load up. Caddo Springs Farm helped us get our coolers loaded and then we all helped Cowboy. We all got soaked, but it was a good feeling. Thank you to all who came and supported the market that day even though it rained on and off. So blessed to have received 4" at the farm.

When you are in a drought, you don't even mow around your barns. You let the cattle be the lawn mowers! 🤣
