We have two breeding seasons that work with the East Texas weather. This keeps us stocked with calves and yearlings that eventually make it to your table.

Thank you to everyone who came to the Athens, Tx Farmers Market on Saturday. After the first hour of rain, the weather turned our pretty nice. We do need more rain to grow lots of grass the cattle. See ya this Saturday for more steak bundles, roasts, dino ribs, brisket, organ meats and more. We will have our awesome ground beef and hamburger patties, jerky and beef bacon 🍔
