Our Story:
Deschutes is an original Pacific Northwest brewery. Family and employee-owned since 1988 with deep roots in Bend, Oregon, Deschutes is synonymous with Northwest craft b**r. Our innovative ways began with Black Butte Porter then Mirror Pond Pale Ale and continues with Fresh Squeezed IPA. Deschutes relentlessly innovates today by brewing approachable b**rs like Lil’ Squeezy, Squeezy Rider, King Crispy, adventurous small batch barrel-aged b**rs like The Abyss and experimental b**rs like The Dissident. Brewing damn tasty b**r, bringing people together and being good to the planet, that’s Deschutes. We believe good b**r brings people together. Every one of our b**rs is crafted with the simple purpose of helping people spend meaningful time with each other. We recognize the power of social media and use it as a platform very similar to our b**rs—to help people spend meaningful time with each other. Deschutes Brewery is committed to our purpose of “brewing moments of joy and perpetuating a sense of belonging.” We seek to foster diverse and welcoming perspectives that embrace individuals of all backgrounds in respectful discourse and we ask all users to be kind and courteous.
