We finish our beef for 200+ days on a blend of alfalfa, grass hay, and hammered barley grain (non-GMO). This process creates incredible tenderness and marbling for the best rich beefy flavor.

After tomorrow you can purchase 7C Beef direct from us in 20lb and 40lb boxes or by the share (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, or whole)

You can find 7C beef in individual cuts at Tumalo Farmstand in Tumalo as well.
