Friday we found out that Marshmallow lost her baby sometime during her pregnancy. So no calf this year. 🥺We are starting the process again with her. Then hopefully getting Cricket Bred this winter giving us two calves next year…hopefully! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Fence put back up so the girls have green grass to eat! Marshmallow’s baby should be here at the end of the month! 😃🤩 Cricket couldn’t figure out how to walk through the weeds to get to the other side. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Nothing gets you out if bed faster than getting a call from our neighbor driving that my cows are out at 4:45 this morning! These girls decided to go eat some greener grass! 😤🤦🏼‍♀️😬Luckily Marshmallow just follows me around so they are pretty easy to get back in. Fence fixed ☑️Safe and Sound!

Yesterday I had to make one of my hardest decisions. Patty has had a leg injury since Thanksgiving and it wasn’t getting any better. So yesterday we had to help her not be in pain anymore. 🥺🥺she was one of my first cows and was so wild and stubborn when we got her but I tamed her and she was always there to greet me, every time I would go out to their pin! Her stubbornness never left though. 😁 It has been a rough couple days since the vet had said there was nothing more they could do. So many fun memories of her! Going to miss my Patty Girl so much! 💔💔💔💔

Got to go see Cricket today! Love that she lets me pet her a little! ☺️
