***WEEKDAYS HAVE BEEN FILLED - still looking for weekend help***
***Weekday and weekend help needed in 4 egg houses***
- looking for 1-2 people for weekdays and 2-3 people for weekends
• Work starts at 8 a.m. - the sooner you get started the easier your day will be
• You will need your own transportation
• Must be reliable - this isn’t a “save it until tomorrow” kind of job - the chickens lay a certain number of eggs a day and ALL eggs must be picked up before leaving
• Must be able to follow directions - eggs have to be picked up a certain way and protocols have to be followed
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hrs
• Can’t mind getting dirty - it’s a farm
• Need to know simple math - keep up with how many flats you’ve picked up in each house
• Must be able to work alone
• Will be paid by how many flats of eggs you pick up per day
• Must keep work area clean - sweep up every day and clean off collection tables; deep clean on Fridays and Sundays
• Once you get the hang of it, you should normally be able to be done by 2pm each day (there will be rough days that include blockages that will take longer) - until then it’ll probably take until around 5pm
