Postpartum workout, farm-mom edition. 😆

Twice a day, every day, these animals still need to eat — postpartum or not. So apparently my recovery workout consists of carrying feed buckets, hauling water, and making my rounds to feed everyone. 🐐🐖🐄🐓

No gym required when you live on a farm. 😂💪🏼

Tell me you live on a farm without telling me you live on a farm... I’ll go first.

Came out to the garage and found a gang of peacocks treating my garage like a five-star resort. They look beautiful in photos, but nobody talks about how they act like entitled roommates who refuse to pay rent or leave. The “majesties” of nature are currently holding my tractor hostage. 🚜🦚🤪

This isn’t how we imagined spending the last few days before meeting our baby, but sometimes you do what you have to do. Hiring it out isn’t in the budget, and our little ranch isn’t going to build itself.

One fence post at a time, one dream at a time. Someday we’ll look back at these moments and remember they were the foundation of everything we built. 🤍

Some kids grow up thinking the best entertainment comes from a screen.

Our farm kids pull up a lawn chair to watch an excavator dig, a tractor bale hay, or a combine roll through the field. They know the sound of diesel over cartoons and would rather watch (or help 🤪) real work being done than another episode on TV.
Turns out, the best shows don’t require Wi-Fi—just a little dirt, big equipment, and a front-row seat to life on the farm. 🚜🧡

Most people prep for a baby by folding tiny clothes and organizing the nursery. Me? I’m out here trying to build a fence and wondering if lifting 180-pound fencing panels counts as prenatal yoga. 🛠️🤰Turns out the “nesting instinct” hits a little differently when you live on a ranch. The clock is ticking, the to-do list is long, and this baby is going to need a secure perimeter!Don’t worry, the little cowgirl is perfectly safe—momma is just getting the homestead ready for the newest ranch hand. 🌾🐎
