Even an already excellent wine somehow still tastes better when it's a gift from friends. ❤🍷
2025 Kadarka from the sun-drenched slopes of Szekszard, Hungary. Vibrant red berries and earthy spices, with a delicate, silky texture, high acidity, and low tannins. This is a low-intervention, focused, fruit-forward, and pure rendition of the oldest grape varietal in Hungary. With a rich history, dating back to the Ottoman Empire in the 16th Century, wine enthusiasts often consider this varietal an unofficial Hungarikum!

Spring Brook Tarentaise. Alpine-style cheese made from raw Jersey cows' milk. It's complex, full-flavored, smooth, meltable, and, measuring over a foot in diameter, we think it's safe to consider this the 'Big Cheese' amongst our current selection.
But here's the thing: Tarentaise isn't being produced anymore, so we're saying goodbye with one last wheel. Let this remind us that everything in life is temporary, so it's important to live in the moment and to fill as many moments as we can with cheese. 😋🧀❤️
