Action packed week!

I got to share some chocolatey goodness with a lot of agroforestry folks at the Savanna Institute Twilight Tailgate event on thursday. Did a live demo of chocolate covered aronia berries (recipe stolen from Sunny Lane Farm ) while also meeting new and existing Illinois Agroforestry Farm Network members! I serve as the coordinator for said Network so if you know anyone practicing agroforestry or curious about it, let me know!

Capped the week off with a large harvest for the Peoria RiverFront Market ! Here's what we'll have:

Just a reminder: we will not be Peoria RiverFront Market tomorrow as we are taking some much needed time off to be with family.
