What a weekend!!!! Starting on the Burlington waterfront ending at the lake house for the summer… 500 people fed and everything went off with out a hitch!!! The boss says his employees at above and beyond are on point!!! Time to whip the Fabian’s ones into shape tomorrow!!!

Huge shoutout to chef bill to hold down the fort so I can be home taking care of chef Liam! But we fed the hero’s of west Rutland today and hopefully made there Benefit well fed!!!

I had a list of stuff to get done…. It didn’t happen!!! But I cooked a ton and have a bunch of extra feed the elderly meals. If you know someone that is in need or it would just brighten there day send me a message.. also I know a few are waiting on quotes and other stuff a nudge might make me move faster!!!

In honor of the Hallmark holiday I want to hear the dumbest thing you did this year to your valentine to deserve this braided pork loin that’s about to go on the smoker and a plain cheesecake to help mend your screw up!!!
