We know not everyone loves smoke.. we bought a portable oven that is propane!! We are going to do a few improvements and start screwing with it!!! Is this a chef bill cooker or the pheasant Josh’s cooker

Yesterday we catered for a man that has helped me out more times then anyone in our cooking career. I was thankful to be there for them in a time of sorrow. Bill and olasia thank you for everything and I appreciate you doing this for me

What a weekend!!!! Starting on the Burlington waterfront ending at the lake house for the summer… 500 people fed and everything went off with out a hitch!!! The boss says his employees at above and beyond are on point!!! Time to whip the Fabian’s ones into shape tomorrow!!!
