Tomato season is still going full tilt. We are now at week 2 of 12 weeks of Tomatoes

This week:
- caprese skewers
- tomato sandwiches
- tortellini soup
- tomatoes and crackers
- grape tomatoes straight off the vine
- salsa (this time for canning)
- green salad with yellow tomatoes

Summer crops are winding down, and the fall crops aren't in yet. Sunday will be the last day of our vegetable stand. We put out lots of green tomatoes today, I'm thinking of making fried green tomatoes, and maybe a green tomato pie!
