Sweetwater Farm, LLC is a small, family-owned farm located in Bent Mountain, VA. Sweetwater Farm specializes in the production of microgreens, herbs, fruits, and vegetables. All of the seed used by Sweetwater is certified Non-GMO and/or certified Organic. All growing methods utilized by Sweetwater are organic in nature. Located at the top of the watershed, Sweetwater Farm is proud to use only the
cleanest mountain water available. Our commitment to our customers, the soil, and the watershed shapes everything that we do here at Sweetwater Farm. Please enjoy our delicious, yet nutritious produce, knowing that they were grown sustainably and with love! Sweetwater Farm currently sells microgreens at the Roanoke Natural Foods Co-Op, River and Rail Restaurant, and Longfin Grill. Upon completion of our first greenhouse, which should be soon, we will aggressively pursue additional business from local restaurants, co-ops, and farmers markets. We will also be open to the public at specific days/times once the greenhouse is fully functioning. We will keep you posted with pictures and updates of our progress. We are located right across the street from the Bottom Creek Preserve, home of the second highest waterfall in Virginia. So once we are fully operational, come take a hike and stop in for some top notch, local produce.
