Perspective is everything.

From the air, the vineyard looks like a perfect pattern. Up close, it’s a living, breathing puzzle that requires constant attention.

We’re currently finishing up our spring thinning—a labor-intensive process where we manually remove excess growth to focus the vine's strength. It’s how we ensure that when our winery partners get these grapes, they’re getting the absolute best of the site.

Why thin in the spring? Because a happy vine is a balanced vine. 🍇

We’re currently thinning the vineyard to make sure the vine’s energy isn’t spread too thin. Removing the secondary shoots now means:
☀️ Better sun exposure for the fruit
💨 Increased airflow to prevent disease
Concentrated flavor in every single berry

Early season decisions lead to late-season excellence. 🍷
