We are open all weekend and would love to welcome you to the estate to sit on our patio, sip some wine, and watch the vines grow! Currently, the baby clusters have formed and we are seeing flowering on Malbec and Cabernet Franc.

We have something special waiting in the tasting room: our Dinner Party Pack, which includes the newly released 2025 Murray Semillon and 2023 Estate Malbec, along with a library vintage of our 2017 Out of Line Estate. We are excited to share these wines with you this weekend!

Open regular hours Thursday through Monday, 11am–5pm.

May has been full of memorable moments at Hightower Cellars!

This weekend, we hosted our annual Paella Party with the incredibly talented Chef Frank Magaña serving up unforgettable paella with our amazing Hightower wine. The wine was flowing, laughter filled the cellar, and guests went home with full hearts—and plenty of wine!

Earlier this month, we also hosted our inaugural blending class with our winemakers. Members and guests had the opportunity to taste barrel samples, craft their very own Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, and create a custom name for their label. Such a fun and creative experience!

What’s happening at the winery this month?

First, a heartfelt thank you from the Hightower team to our incredible club members. We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for our Seattle party this past Saturday and for continuing to support Hightower Cellars. We truly appreciate you all and always have so much fun at these gatherings.

While both are already sold out, we’re so excited to be hosting our Blending Class this weekend and our annual Paella Party in just a few weeks.

Last month, we bottled some new wines to share with you! These releases were crafted with summer in mind—crisp, refreshing, and perfect for enjoying on the patio as the weather warms up. With case discounts and $15 flat-rate shipping (extended through May 4th!), now is the perfect time to stock up. We’ll also be completing our second round of bottling this month for our 2024 vintage of Hightower wines.

The patio is beautiful this time of year, come visit us on Red Mountain to take in the view and enjoy some delicious wine.

The 2026 vintage has officially begun!

The first leaves are starting to push through after winter dormancy. Just about 6 weeks ago, these vines were pruned back, now they’re waking up and getting to work. It’s early in the season, but everything starts here.

We’ve been known for our red blends for almost 30 years but this year we’re adding something different.

We are releasing two white wines from Ancient Lakes AVA—a Sauvignon Blanc and a Semillon— alongside a fun, chillable red from Red Mountain AVA (J. Hightower “Mother Block” Vineyard), all under the Murray label.

This is new territory for us, and we’re very excited to share these bottlings with you.

From now until the end of the month, enjoy $15 flat-rate shipping on orders of $150+, or pickup anytime at the winery on Red Mountain.

What’s happening at the winery this month?

The patio is officially open—perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying a glass (or bottle!) in the sunshine.

Tomorrow at 5pm – Join us for a special lawn concert with Pete Keating! We’ll take care of the wine with bottle service, and you’re welcome to bring your own food and any non-alcoholic beverages.

Next week – It’s bottling time! We’re especially excited to introduce our very first chillable red, alongside two fresh white wines we can’t wait for you to try.

April 25th – Our members-only Seattle Pickup Party is happening at Mutuus Studio in Seattle. Reservations are now open on our website under Events in the Wine Shop—you won’t want to miss it!
