Spring has officially arrived at Lake Michigan Vintners — and that means it’s bottling season!

Our Enology & Viticulture students are hard at work moving wines from tank to bottle, gaining hands-on experience in every step of the process. From prepping bottles and monitoring fills to corking, labeling, and quality checks, this is where months (and sometimes years!) of hard work come full circle.

There’s nothing quite like seeing a wine you’ve helped nurture finally sealed and ready to share. 👏
