Ian is now the chef at Ferndale Market! So if you love our salsa, previous food truck, and more, you should check out the delicious lunch menu, smoked meats, house made sausage, and more that he and the team are making!

Food Truck Fans: We have both exciting news and not as exciting news. We are excited to announce that Ian will be partnering with to offer many many smoked meats and cheeses each week inside their new deli! He will also be helping to develop some delicious sandwiches and specials for the deli! (And so much more to come with this partnership!) The sad news is, we will be closing our food truck. We still plan to open on occasion as events are happening at the market! Ian is also still available for catering, so call us to schedule catering for your next party or event!
