✨ A little about the girl behind Yarnell’s Nutrition ✨

Hey y’all! I’m Amelia, the face behind Yarnell’s Nutrition. 💗

I’m a wife, mama, wellness coach, small business owner, and someone who truly believes life is meant to be LIVED and enjoyed!

My own health journey is a huge part of why I’m so passionate about what I do. I started my journey at 245 pounds and completely changed my lifestyle, losing over 120 pounds along the way. But for me, the best part was never just the number on the scale—it was finding my confidence, energy, strength, and a version of myself that I genuinely LOVE. 💪🏼✨

That journey sparked a passion for helping other people feel good about themselves too, and eventually that passion became Yarnell’s Nutrition. 🩷

I absolutely LOVE what I get to do every day. I love making your favorite loaded teas, shakes and protein coffees, but even more than that, I love the people who walk through our doors. The conversations, laughs, friendships, familiar faces and meeting someone new for the first time—that’s what makes this place so special to me.

I’m big on family, fitness, good energy, laughing way too loud 😂, cheering people on and enjoying the little things in life. I believe you’re never too old and it’s never too late to set a new goal, chase a dream or become a version of yourself you’re proud of.

So whether you’ve been with me since day one or you’re just finding our little corner of Benton—WELCOME! 🫶🏼

I’m so happy you’re here, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.

Here’s to feeling good, dreaming BIG and becoming the best version of YOU. 💕✨
