Let's talk Pizza. We've tried many places, but unlike many areas, it's hard to find a great pizza restaurant. First off, "toppings" are called "toppings" because they belong on TOP of the pizza. Pepperoni that isn't on top doesn't get that crispness. Put your dang toppings on the TOP!
Next, the cheese/sauce/bread ratio. It needs to be done right within certain tolerances. Too much cheese takes over the pizza. If someone orders extra cheese, then by all means, add more, but not on every pizza. And too much sauce make everything slide right off the pizza. Dough is a tricky one, some people like thin crust, some like that deep dish and some like a regular pan pizza crust. The biggest issue with pizza around this area isn't the pizza though. It's the customer service. And this is true of most restaurants around here. Keep regular hours. Don't close early, don't change the days you're opening and don't change your menu every other day. We customers want to be able to know when you're open or not. Some of your long standing establishments like 4 Little Pigs, Hutchen's, Bad Bob's etc are reliable for these things. It's why they're still in business!
Lastly, and this goes right in the Customer Service section, when customers complain, don't get defensive and when it's on social media, don't ask your friends to come to your rescue. Take ownership, ask what you can do to make it right or just stay out of it.
