A Tale of Two Packages:
Both orders paid a flat rate of $14.50 when they checked out. One order is going to Florida and will cost us $9.65 to ship so we will throw in a free bag to "offset shipping". The second order is going to Colorado and will cost us $17.70, this order will NOT receive a free bag to "offset shipping". Both are shipping via UPS. Sometimes we can get a better deal using USPS, but it depends on the package size, weight, and distance. If we are adding extra bag(s) to your order (first order, 10 or more, offset shipping) then we can't calculate exact weight till we begin processing, which could weigh more than the online store originally calculated and could change shipping charges.
In a world of "Free Shipping", we understand there is sticker shock when you see our shipping charge, even if you're just ordering 1 or 2 bags. Unfortunately we can't afford to ship for free but we aren't here to make money off shipping charges so we're always happy to throw in that extra bag when possible ^_^ We're doing everything we can to be fair with our customers and as always, we appreciate your business!

Ok who did this?! 😂🤣 small backstory: Barb is the owner and the granolamakerme email has everything connected to it (vendors, certifications, suppliers, online store, etc). When I started managing, I just took over the email account as it was easier than having everything switched to something new. I’ve never clicked to see the email tag, but for some reason did this morning. I’m cracking up. Wonder if that’s what everyone else sees 🤔
