Honey has an indefinite shelf life. After awhile if you see crystallization occurring, you can re-liquify it by gently heating the glass jar in a pan of hot water or in the oven on a low temperature. Do not overheat as heat may alter flavor and color as a result of carmelization of the sugars. We hope you enjoy Burt’s Honey Farm honey!

🍯 🐝 Come see us at Heller’s Annual Apple 🍎 🍏 Festival in Wapwallopen this Saturday and Sunday from 10-5. Rain or Shine. We’ll be selling Clover, Wildflower, Apple Blossom and Buckwheat honey, regular creamed honey and apple cinnamon creamed honey, beeswax, chunked honey, pollen, honey candy and more! Look for us in the craft lot. We’d love to see you there 🙂

It’s that time of year again 🍎 🍏 Apple blossoms are in bloom and our bees are busy pollinating and making some delicious apple blossom honey 🍯 We are so happy to be able to provide pollination for such wonderful local apple growers!
