I personally know multiple people who can’t drink pasteurized milk but can drink raw milk. 😃

RAW MILK AND LACTOSE INTOLERANCE 🥛🧐🥛: Lactose intolerance and maldigestion of pasteurized milk are significant factors for many people who choose raw milk. Pasteurization inactivates enzymes and also denatures proteins, and consequently pasteurized milk induces digestive discomfort in many people.

Although detractors argue that there is no evidence that raw milk helps with lactose intolerance, this is false. In reality, there is a large body of evidence in support of raw milk helping with lactose intolerance.

Free egg Friday at Spann Farm may be over, but they are a great place to check with if you need eggs in the next few days. Our egg production is either starting to drop or the chickens have some hidden nests somewhere.🤦‍♀️😆 Either way, eggs are all reserved through Tuesday so check with Spann Farm if you need some in the meantime!

Ron finally got too big to share the same stanchion with Tammie so he gets his own when he decides to come in for breakfast. He’s not a fan of being locked in once he’s ready to leave so he makes a mess of the paper towels and anything else he can reach. 😆

We’ve got an abundant supply of fresh unwashed eggs available (still on sale at $3.00/dozen). AniBakes brought chocolate cake and cowboy cookies this week!😃❤️ We also have a few loaves of fresh baked sourdough sandwich bread left (plain, jalapeno cheddar, and brown sugar cinnamon raisin pecan). Plenty of milk in stock as well!

AniBakes is really spoiling us! She made blueberry lemon scones, chocolate chip scones, strawberry crumble bars, and chocolate cake for us this week. They won’t last long (they’re half gone already!!) so come on by and pick up a delicious treat!😃😋
