Coler parkrun

A free, weekly, timed 5k run/jog/walk on a Saturday. Open to all ages and all abilities - each week we have a Tail Walker, so you will never be last. Join us!

Organized by volunteers. Note that there is no parking directly at the start/finish point of the event. Parking can be found at the Coler Creek Park North Gateway trailhead (off Peach Orchard Rd), at Coler Park South Gateway trailhead (off NW 3rd St) and at the main Coler Mountain Bike Preserve trailhead on NW Grv Ln (also off NW 3rd St). It is a 15 min walk from the parking lots to the event star

t location - please ensure you give yourselves enough time to get to the start in time for the briefings that occur at 7:50am prior to the 8:00am start.

We had 11 join us for parkun Coler this weekend, with two joining us for their first ever parkruns!

Congrats to stroller pushing speedster Evan who was our first finisher, and to Gemma who was out first female finisher.

Welcome to the family to Irma and Margie - we hope to see a lot more of you with us at parkrun Coler!!

A whole bunch of folks....... decided to stay at home rather than enjoy the slightly cooler temps this morning here at Coler parkrun, leaving just 4 to enjoy the morning and start their weekend right.

Congrats to Evan on being our first finisher today, and to first timer Pam on being our first female finisher - and also a big welcome to the parkrun family Pam!!

Some of the coolest morning temps for the past couple of months greeted our 16 participants at this week's Coler parkrun.

Congrats to Evan who was our first finisher this week - setting a new personal best in the process - and to parkrun Junior Jane for being our first female finisher!

Joining Evan with a new PB today was Fiona and Andrew. Well done to you all!

We also had a few first timers this week - a warm welcome to the parkrun family to Brenda and Kelsee. We hope to see more of you here at Coler parkrun!

And of course, a big thank you to our volunteers this week. Our Run Director Liv was helped out by Casey, Monica, and Brenda.

Hot and sticky this weekend at Coler, but that didn't stop 16 joining us for our parkrun!

Congrats to parkrun junior Jane for picking up our first finisher this week, and to Evan for our first male finisher (on his first ever parkrun!)

Joining Evan on their first parkrun were Antonio, Victor, and Sergio. Welcome to the parkrun family!

Also joining us were parkrun tourists Trevor, Nikki, Fiona, Joshua, Devon, and Richard - visiting us from The Isle of Man and from South Africa. We hope you enjoyed out little parkrun!

Celebrations for the holiday weekend obviously started early in BV, with just 3 coming out to join us for Coler parkrun.

Congrats to first finisher Jane this week who was chased down all the way by Lucia and Liv. Well done to you all!

Eleven joined us for parkrun Coler this weekend, with parkrun tourist James picking up our first finisher spot and fellow tourist Emma picking up our first female finisher spot.

Joining Emma and James all the way from Wales was Patrick. Welcome to you all - we hoped you had fun at our little parkrun!

We were also joined by first-timer Tom - welcome to the family Tom!

Lucia and Simbry also set new PR's this weekend - congrats to you both!!

A compact and bijou group for this week's Coler parkrun, with just 7 participants.

Mike was our first finisher this week with Jane as our first female finisher.

Parkrun tourist Peter also joined us too this week, from his home parkrun of Northallerton in the UK - welcome Peter and thanks for also helping out at the end!

We had 10 participants join us for parkun Coler this morning, with parkrun junior Jane picking up our first finisher today, and Joe as our first male finisher.

Twelve lovely participants joined us today for parkrun Coler, including 5 who joined us for their first ever parkruns.

Congrats to junior parkrunner Rose who was out first finisher today, and to Robert who was our first male finisher. Well done to the both of you!

Hot on Robert's heels was 8 year old Will running his first ever parkrun (which he smashed in 26 mins flat!!), as well as Alice, Ellen, Carrie, and Niranchanaa who were also at their first ever parkrun. Welcome to the parkrun family to you all and we hope to see a lot more of you!

And finally a big thank you to our volunteers this week. Run Director Jez was helped out by Ethan and Shanjay. Thank you to you all!
