Well decided it was time to do a Salad Special, and who doesn’t want steak on a salad (not talking to you vegans and vegetarians). Running it all month so you can indulge but still keep that Beach Body for July 4th!

It’s True!

Downtown Springdale’s dining scene will shift soon as Bistro 16, a French-inspired restaurant, announced plans to relocate from Downtown Springdale to Rogers.

Nosh NOLA, a New Orleans-themed restaurant with an existing location at The Bentonville Brewery, will take over the former Bistro 16 space in Downtown Springdale, next to Rein Sushi.

The target opening date for the new spot is mid-to-late July, with more dinner items on the menu, a full bar, and more.

The end of May brought enough Humidity to make us all miserable, and we decided to make a change that would 🤞 influence the weather. Our Steak Salad is a bit lighter than our past specials have been (Wolf Pen anyone?) and we think it’s perfect when you need the protein but not the carbs!

Yesterday we got to spend the day with our Staff on the Kings River as a thank you to them for all the hard work they do serving you guys and just generally being awesome. Beers were drank, fish were caught, kayaks were dumped, hats lost, sunburns acquired, and most of all laughter and smiles. Thank you for letting us do this, for letting us close down and just relax a bit.

Today we wish a Happy Birthday! This guy handles whoever needs the restaurant has; first it was the Food Trailer at the Dive, most recently he’s been holding down the Brewery Location, all while helping to plan for our new location. We wouldn’t be where we are without him!
