Hi Friends! It’s been a minute and we are excited to announce our first U-Pick of the season!!

Just a reminder this is a FREE event! We do accept donations but they are not required. Everyone is welcome-adults, kids, etc! We love having families involved!

If you want a fun activity to do with friends or your family come out and see us!

We will provide sheers & buckets while you cut your flowers. Make sure to come prepared with some water and sunscreen though! There is also a restroom on site if needed.

There’s truly something special about getting your hands in the dirt! 🌿

Our first work day is in the books, and we’re so grateful for those who came to help! There’s more to do so be on the lookout for more opportunities to jump in!

Please know Adventure Gardens isn’t just about growing plants… it’s about building connections, growing relationships, & what happens in you while you’re there too!

I’ve found that gardening has a way of slowing you down… while also strengthening you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

And maybe that’s the beauty of it…
what looks like simple work is actually restoring something deeper.

We cannot wait for the 2026 U-Pick Flower Season! We need all the help we can get for our planting day!

So put some boots on, bring a sack lunch & come prepared to broadcast seeds & meet some other amazing people!

Whether you are 2 years old or 90 years old anyone and everyone can help us get our field going this year so we can provide our free flowers to the community! We love having people from all walks of life including kids!

We will be emailing out more details so if you want to be a part make sure to DM us your email. We can’t wait to see you there soon!

We had some friends from help prep some beds on Saturday & we’re so grateful!

We were able to repurpose some fencing that had been along the driveway to hold our weeding efforts in place, and so far, the method has withstood some strong winds so this week! 🙌 keep praying that’s the case!

As we head into a new season of Adventure Gardens, we’re asking for more hands on deck to make this field bloom strong!

Kelsey & I (Lauren) are both SAHMs with our hands in different endeavors, & one thing we love about the gardens is the opportunity to include younger hearts & hands in the learning experience that is growing anything.

So whether you’re a parent looking for a moment to yourself & love digging in the dirt, you’re a person who values nature & enjoys caring for it or connecting with God in it, or you’re a family looking for a regular volunteer opportunity, we’d love for you to be a part of our volunteer team this year!

This garden was created to be a blessing to our community, and during such a heavy week, we wanted to extend the invitation for you to come enjoy it if that would be an encouragement to you.🌸

If you are someone who finds tending to nature, picking flowers, or just walking around the beds therapeutic & healing…or if you have someone in mind who’s really struggling right now & could benefit from a bouquet, please don’t hesitate to DM us or to coordinate a time to come enjoy the gardens. We even have a vase for you if needed. 😉

We’ve noticed a revival in the flowering & would love for you to be blessed by them too! 🫶🏻

Unfortunately, we have made the call to cancel the rest of the U-pick’s we had planned this season. With the intense heat and drought, it’s just been too much on our flowers and we need to call it.

Thank you to everyone that came out. To those of you volunteered to help us till, plant, get water to our flowers, came to the u-pick events, donated etc-THANK YOU! We couldn’t have done it without you!

We are sad we only got to do a few u-pick’s this year but for our first year & the tough growing season that it was we are so grateful we got to bless some of you with bouquets! We have big plans for the future and hope you will stay tuned to join or help us next year!

Just out here dreaming about our next FREE U-pick THIS Saturday 6:30-8:30 PM! Come join us by spending the evening in nature and cutting some gorgeous flowers!
