Happy Mother’s Day all !!! it was my job to come up with the Mother’s Day menu. This is what I came up with!! Ham ,shortrib, honey garlic soy salmon, lemon herb pasta, cornbread stuffing, collard greens, and cabbage with smoked turkey, maple, roasted brussels sprouts, Chef Kelly’s famous potato salad, green goddess pasta salad , lemon poppy seed sheet cake, and banana pudding!!! Everyone loved it! Thanks, Chef, Andy, (for trusting my vision )and the rest of the Vitalia team for helping make my menu come to life! Couldn’t have done it without you! 👩🏾🍳 💓🧚🏿♀️🌸🌱🌸
