Good Mornimg everyone, currently we are experiencing some issues with our ads on Facebook, we are in Western NY. We have gotten messages from Texas, Colorado and everything in between. Pretty bad of the Town of LeRoy to mow over our local business sign that has been there since the spring. It’s been maintained through the summer. So no one can tell us that they didn’t see it. Small business trying to get going and earn business and whoever was running the mower today took it out. Don’t worry we’ll put one back there again. Oh by the way we cleaned the mess up.

On the road in Wyoming County on Sunday morning/early afternoon!

Working on a dual axle gooseneck trailer. One of the axles had ripped off from the frame after it got a little close to a ditch. The other one, was still well attached, but it wasn’t as solid through the axle as it should be. So our customer decided to put two new axles under it. Switched from torsion axles to spring axles.

We cut off the axle that was still attached, took our measurements, ground the rust off and got some good material to weld to. Welded the new center hangers on, got our measurements for the front and rear hangers. From there we put the new axles on the top and had to weld the axle stops on so while the axle is on top of the spring the axle can’t rotate. Then we mounted the axles to the springs with U bolts.

BJF back on the road! Had a local repeat customer give us a call for his mower that needed a little more strength added to it. This is used to mow pastures behind a tractor. Got the angle we needed, took the measurements of where it needed to fit around the brackets and cut them out with the torch. Tested it, and everything fit good so we clamped it down, tacked it in place and started welding away!
