Last weekend GJ brought home the first of his 2 Southdown market lambs for this year…meet Elvin! He is a bottle fed twin who will show into the fall in market classes. This is a new frontier for us (bottle lambs, not bottle babies 😊) and he is proving to be such a great experience! Thank you to his breeder, Welker Farms Southdowns, for this fantastic Ferdinand lamb!

This is a busy time of year for us, so be on the lookout for more “adventures” on the farm!

Lea and GJ will have 4 butcher boxes (15-20lbs assorted cuts in a personalized cooler bag) for sale at the Orleans County 4-H Fair Market Auction on July 26, 2025 at 6:30. Or you can PM us as well!
