Orchard View Lincoln Longwools

Orchard View Lincoln Longwools Since 2002, our family has been developing our flock of natural colored Lincoln Longwool sheep.

We love our breeds size, luster and color of wool, and personalities. Our small family flock is usually around 30 ewes, depending on the time of year. Our personal preference, is dark colored wool, so we have been breeding our flock for dark colored wool. Our flock is mostly a family hobby and we spend our summer showing our sheep at several shows including: Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival (http:

//www.sheepandwool.org/), the Genesee County Fair, The Big E, and the NYS Sheep and Wool Festival (http://www.sheepandwool.com/).

Do you have wool from 2025/2026 that you're looking to sell??

I will be hosting at wool buying event for Northeast Fiber Exchange/ Valley Textile Project on June 20/21st.

Let me know if you are not yet certified, and would like to become certified to become eligible to sell- it's easy!

If you have wool that you'd like to sell, but the times listed don't work for you, let me know and I'd be happy to work something out.

Super excited to be a part of this project and cannot wait to head to NYC next week for the premier! There are so many exciting things happening in the Northeast fiber industry and this film get's to highlight the amazing connections happening between fiber flocks like mine and the fashion industry.

We are excited to announce that Farm To Fashion will make its World Premiere as an Official Selection of the Shorts: Fierce Fashion category .

Directed by and featuring , alongside the Baaahrilliant Animals, Farmers, Mills, and Artisans of NY State, including our very own and NEFX in partnership with + many of our HVTP members!

The film highlights the growing movement connecting farms, fiber, manufacturing, and design across New York State, and the people working to build a more connected future for fashion and textiles. Through our work on the ground and as a NYFIC consortium member, we are proud to be a part of bringing this vision to life.

Huge gratitude to of for making this film a reality.

Thanks to all HVTP members who participated.
