Emberside sits at the center of The Park... drawing people in from all directions.

Adjacent to our brewery is The Garden... an indoor/outdoor space connecting the brewery, taproom, and a neighboring restaurant. Designed by Olson Kundig, its guillotine doors open and close with the seasons, shaping the experience throughout the year.

"The vibe of Emberside Brewery is a place of gathering and having fun. It’s a lively place, but one where you can still relax and hang out with fellow beer drinkers. The distinction is the location: New Jersey. This brewery is a combination of listening to the owner’s desire to have a place for gathering in the New Jersey seasons.” – Tom Kundig, FAIA, RIBA, Design Principal

Emberside sits at the center of The Park, drawing people in from all directions.

The space is divided between a brewery and taproom, as well as a neighboring taqueria and restaurant. These two spaces are connected by an indoor-outdoor garden that can be opened or closed according to the seasons.

Raw materials, open air, visible process.

Built for movement, for conversation, and for staying a while.
