Small test batch of mead in secondary.
Using some of Iris’ homemade hop infused maple syrup gor back sweetening and Amburano Oaking for two weeks.

14.9% abv
Primary was extremely dry at .998
After backsweetening 1.015. May need a little more backsweetening. But will give it a couple weeks.

Spencer is all set up 8-12 at the Severna Park Farmer's Market

This will be our last market of the season.

Saturday from 8-12 we will be at the Severna Park Farmer's Market for our last market of the year. We will have or MD and WV honey as well as our last batch of creamed honey.
