Ingredients:
- 1 ball burrata
- 3 oz Fra’Mani guanciale, cooked
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- 3 slices sourdough bread
- 1 lemon, zested

Directions:
1. Roast brussel sprouts at 400 F for 10 minutes until lightly charred
2. Toast sourdough bread to desired doneness.
3. Add burrata, brussel sprouts, guanciale evenly across toasts.
4. Finish with hazelnuts and lemon zest.
