What’s a knish? The knish begins with the humble potato. It’s mashed and blended with the perfect mix of onion, spinach and spices. We wrap it up and cook it fresh on site for you. No one knows who made the original knish or what was inside of it, but as with so many foods, eating one at your event is a delicious way to connect yourself with tradition while celebrating our unique take on this timeless treat.
