We bootlegged our own version of ‘s tangsooyook recipe last night.
Or should we say we were INSPIRED because was in store doing a tasting and we had seen Maddy’s recipe reel (her version used pork) but we already had prawns in our basket!
We substituted garlic and onion powder (got distracted and didn’t finish the shopping list but fresh would have been ideal but ‘squirrel!’), added a chopped up scallion, and a dash of powdered chicken bouillon and used the corn starch slurry method to make incredible crispy prawn ‘pancakes’ topped it with Mama Teav’s Hot Garlic original chili crisp and more scallions and OMG we want to eat this every night!
And it took less than 30 minutes from prep to stuffing our faces!
