We have beef at the packer! Everything we’ve packed this year has been above prime grading and we still haven’t raised our prices! Walmart is selling you 10$ per lb imported junk ground beef, we’re still selling at 4.50/lb plus processing! That’s steaks, roasts, ground, burgers, all of it still at 4.50 on the rail!
Live cattle and corn are climbing, and with oil prices climbing it’s not going to slow down any time soon! Selling by the 1/4 or half, only 3/4 of one steer left on this round, the rest is SOLD already! This steer should hang 925-950lb on the rail!

Shoot us a message or call to reserve yours! Will be ready for pickup around the 13th of April!

THCC welcomed our first calf of 2026 yesterday! We weren’t expecting him just yet but he is one handsome and lively critter.

This little guy has the potential to be our next herd bull, so he needs a fitting name!

Wow!!! This year we partnered up with Zach Adams and Traphouse Cattle Co LLC. for our 2026 rodeo series champion awards. These turned out amazing and we can’t wait to hand them out at our series finals April 25th.

This Saturday January 3rd will be the first APRA/IPRA rodeo of the season. We have a great lineup of contestants entered this Saturday. Tickets are available through westernedgeapp.com. We look forward to seeing everyone.

UPDATE!
🚨 July bulk orders on beef and pork will come in complimentary “Traphouse” cooler! 🚨

We have a small amount of availability left on July’s kill dates!! Angus and longhorn available! Bulk beef as well as butcher boxes.

We offer 3 butcher box sizes and they will be a mix of ground, roasts, steaks and more! For example, a small box would normally consist of roughly 8-10 individually wrapped ground packs, 1-2 family size roasts and 1-2 packs of nice steaks and stew meat, burger patties or skirts for example! For the larger,same idea just more meat! These are a great way to stock up the freezer cheaper than the grocery store with meat that is significantly higher quality!

$140 16-20lbs finished product
$250 32-40lbs finished product
$500 85-90lbs finished product

We also have bulk beef available as well by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole at 4.50/lb hanging weight plus processing.

🐖 🚨 Pork available as well! 🚨 🐖

We can do by the half or whole at 3$ a lb plus processing. Processing is usually about a buck a lb. Hogs will average 250-275lbs live weight. We will also be offering backyard bbq boxes offering pork butts, sweet Italian sausage, and hot Italian sausage. All half and whole hogs will come in a complimentary Traphouse cooler!

Boxes will be:
Small: 125$ 22-25lbs of finished product ready for the grill
Large $250 45-50lbs of finished product to grill!
