Exercise classes will still take place during this time.

Mid Week Meet Up:

June 17 - Take the COA Van on a farmstand tour. We will go to Holiday Farm, Cordelia's and other spots chosen by you as time permits.

Great Opportunity to use your HIP incentive benefits with SNAP. If you don't know what that is, call the COA for more information.

COA Van got an upgrade! Thanks to MCOA SIG Grant, we were able to get the COA Van lettered. Great work by Sign Logic in Hudson!

Call Melissa at 978-838-2750 to book your ride. Rides provided Tues, Wed and Thurs between 8-2.

Whether you're just getting started or already active, our classes are designed to help you. We currently offer 5 classes for you to attend.

All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be modified to meet your needs.

Classes are $2 per person , per class and located at Town Offices, 23 Linden Street Room 118
