TODAY IS THE DAY! Bring your friends!

A couple of reminders:
- you can register at the gate $30 with cash or Venmo
- if you are registered for the show, you must be parked by 12:00!
- spectator parking is $10
- wine tastings with a wine glass is $10
- leashed, well behaved dogs are welcome as long as YOU clean up after them
- bring cash for the raffle and 50/50
- don’t forget to turn your ballots in by 1:00 at the GSJ tent!
- All proceeds go to Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey
- Operation Yellow Ribbon will be on site collecting donations of care package items for our troops!

Got a grudge to settle ? An axe to grind so to speak? Tomorrow check out the mobile axe throwing trailer donated by Primative Axe in Glassboro. For a donation you will be able to throw some axes and show your skills. Professional axe throwing coach is on hand to help you along.

Don’t forget to bring the Kids’ jeeps! They have a trophy category as well!

In addition to the standard Jeep classes, there will be trophies that participants get to vote on. You must turn your ballot in to the GSJ tent by 1:00! Those categories are:

Biggest Turd
Dirtiest Jeep
Best Mall Crawler
And Best Kids Jeep

If you missed online registration you can register ar the gate! $30 per jeep gets you into the show and includes one wine tasting with glass.

Remember, all proceeds go to Operation Yellow Ribbon so invite all your friends!! They will be on site collecting donations as well!

‼️IMPORTANT EVENT INFO‼️

Upon arrival you will receive your packet. In the packet you will find a hang tag for your rearview mirror, windshield placard, ballot and ticket for wine tasting. Please be sure to have the hang tag hanging from your rearview mirror.

Event Schedule
• 10:00 Gates Open-No Jeeps will be permitted before this time and should you arrive early to line please leave room for the vendors to get into the grounds.
• 12:00 Registered Jeep parking closes
• 12:30 Judging Begins
• 1:00 Ballots due at the GSJ Tent
• 2:00 Trophies and Raffles

Important Reminders:
• The event is rain or shine!
• All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• You must be parked in the registered Jeep area by 12:00pm. No entry to registered area will be granted after 12:00pm. If you arrive after 12:00pm you will be forced to park in the spectator lot.
• Your Jeep cannot leave the show area!
• Jeeps will be parked in the order of arrival – if you want to park with your friends (in the same class), arrive at the same time!
• NO TIRE CLIMBING
• Don’t forget to pick up your event shirt at the registration tent! No shirts will be shipped after the event! They must be picked up!
• There will be a limited number of event shirts available for sale.
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL! NJ State Police will be patrolling and confiscating!
• Wineries will have wine available for purchase at the tasting tents
• Beer will be available for purchase at the Beer tents
• Food vendors will be on site!
• Raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase- Cash Only
• “Jeep Friendly” Dogs are welcome. They must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet.
• All proceeds benefit Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey!
o Operation Yellow Ribbon will be collecting donations for care package items to send to our troops overseas. Requested items include: protein snacks and powders, chewing gum, peanuts/mixed nuts, dried fruit, beef jerky, baby powder, baby wipes, Toothbrushes/Toothpaste, Visine, Chapstick, powdered drink mix, tissues, hand sanitizer, crossword/puzzle books, sunscreen, non-chocolate candy, ground coffee, sunflower seeds, women’s hygiene products.

Spectator parking is available for $10 per spot.
