‼️IMPORTANT EVENT INFO‼️
Upon arrival you will receive your packet. In the packet you will find a hang tag for your rearview mirror, windshield placard, ballot and ticket for wine tasting. Please be sure to have the hang tag hanging from your rearview mirror.
Event Schedule
• 10:00 Gates Open-No Jeeps will be permitted before this time and should you arrive early to line please leave room for the vendors to get into the grounds.
• 12:00 Registered Jeep parking closes
• 12:30 Judging Begins
• 1:00 Ballots due at the GSJ Tent
• 2:00 Trophies and Raffles
Important Reminders:
• The event is rain or shine!
• All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• You must be parked in the registered Jeep area by 12:00pm. No entry to registered area will be granted after 12:00pm. If you arrive after 12:00pm you will be forced to park in the spectator lot.
• Your Jeep cannot leave the show area!
• Jeeps will be parked in the order of arrival – if you want to park with your friends (in the same class), arrive at the same time!
• NO TIRE CLIMBING
• Don’t forget to pick up your event shirt at the registration tent! No shirts will be shipped after the event! They must be picked up!
• There will be a limited number of event shirts available for sale.
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL! NJ State Police will be patrolling and confiscating!
• Wineries will have wine available for purchase at the tasting tents
• Beer will be available for purchase at the Beer tents
• Food vendors will be on site!
• Raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets will be available for purchase- Cash Only
• “Jeep Friendly” Dogs are welcome. They must be on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet.
• All proceeds benefit Operation Yellow Ribbon of South Jersey!
o Operation Yellow Ribbon will be collecting donations for care package items to send to our troops overseas. Requested items include: protein snacks and powders, chewing gum, peanuts/mixed nuts, dried fruit, beef jerky, baby powder, baby wipes, Toothbrushes/Toothpaste, Visine, Chapstick, powdered drink mix, tissues, hand sanitizer, crossword/puzzle books, sunscreen, non-chocolate candy, ground coffee, sunflower seeds, women’s hygiene products.

Spectator parking is available for $10 per spot.
