We're getting lots and lots of delicious apples from our tree! I took about 12lbs today for a big batch of applesauce. Yum! Planning to also can some apple pie filling this weekend as well as a few other things.

Dug up the red potatoes this morning! These are called "Sangre". We also grew Yukon Golds and German Butterballs (will dig these up later today), as well as sweet potatoes. Anyone else grow potatoes? What kinds?
