Happy Saturday everyone! The sun is out and the sap is flowing! The reverse osmosis is doing its thing taking out 50-75% of the water before I have to boil it. Saving me lots of time on the evaporator! I’ll be boiling tonight, visitors are welcome!

Hello everyone! We had our first boil Sunday night and got the pans sweetened up and all the glitches worked out of the equipment so we are ready to go! This weekend March 7-8 is Massachusetts Maple Weekend and Bald Mountain Sugar House will be open and boiling both days 10-3! Come check out our operation and get some FREE samples of our products and maybe even bring some home?!
