I can only describe this past weekend as...Special.....We had not planned to open this year but the town of Bernville wanted it to happen!!! Lol. I am so so glad we did. To see families having birthday parties here with us is special, to have grown men laying in our field with their infants saying "you can't do this in the city" is special, watching hundreds of people enjoy our little farm is special, having my family together to help with this event was special, having our friends, our past students volunteer and help us with the event, that's special, to watch our students put together this event in 2 long days was special, serving our community, connecting with all of you is super special to us. We are a crew that didn't know how to serve, only knew how to take, and now the men in our mission thrive on service....I'm extremely thankful, I'm extremely fortunate to get to do the things I do for my career....God is so very good and today our hearts are full! We had a blast serving all of you, I hope you enjoyed our farm for a couple days. We hope to open for a Christmas weekend! Thank you so much to all of you who support our mission...we love you ALL! I have so many pictures to post but these two were the first that I opened!!!! 😂

Both these dudes are ready to have some fun with the at the farm. Don't forget, THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY the 21st and 22nd Our Soul Farm will be open! Friday hours are 5-9 Pm and Saturday all day 12-9 Pm. Come enjoy some Homemade Chili, Ham and Bean Soup 🍜, Stuffed Peppers 🫑, Or maybe one of our famous Soul Burgers 🍔!! Our food is CASH ONLY...The other fun stuff is Free! Donation only for the Petting Zoo 🐐 , The pumpkin 🎃 painting, face painting 👻, candy hayrides 🚜! This is a family geared event! There is no smoking on our property please! CASH ONLY FOR FOOD! 👍🏼👌🏼. We can't wait to see y'all! 🙏🏼. Be safe and God Bless!

📣 Hi Bernville friends! We wanted to give you a heads up! Soul Farm will be open Friday October 21st from 5-9 Pm, and Saturday the 22nd from 12 noon-9 Pm 🎉🎈🎉.......We will have a petting zoo 🐇 , pumpkin 🎃 painting, face painting 🐯, Candy Hay Ride, and Good Food!!! We will be serving Ham and String beans, chili, stuffed peppers 🫑 , hot dogs and Soul cheeseburgers 🍔...Yum! THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TWO DAYS WE ARE OPEN THIS YEAR....Come out and have a blast! These two are excited! 🙌🏻They have an announcement to make this morning! 📣🌞! 🚜SOUL FARM will be open May 7th at NOON and close at 7! Food truck 🛻 will be open, all our new baby goats 🐐 will be out in our petting pasture, bunnies 🐰 and Guinea pigs will be waiting to play with the little ones, so come out and enjoy a day on the farm for lunch! We will have the smokers running as well to let y'all try some free samples of our brisket!

So momma had triplets, this little girl is now our academy mascot. She's hysterical! We also just had another set of twins so I hope y'all are ready to love on some goat babies in our petting zoo in a couple weeks!

SOUL FARM!

Soul Farm is a community of farmers that have become family! We started this journey through Sick Recovery Program in December 2019. Our goals are to teach and learn responsibility and become fully self-sufficient for our program. The farm life has let us grow and has brought us closer as brothers.

We are excited to announce our Soul Farm to Truck, our food truck will be launching 10.31.2020! Everything we grow and harvest from the farm will be available on our food truck menu! Stay tuned for launch details coming soon!
