🚜🌾 Happy National Farmers Day from Second Season Farm! ❤️🐓🐄

There’s something special about living on a farm. It’s not always pretty, it’s definitely not always easy, and there is ALWAYS something that needs to be done. 😂

There are early mornings, late nights, broken fences, muddy boots, animals that have minds of their own, and days when the to-do list seems never-ending.

But then there are the moments that remind us why we love this life. ❤️

Watching the sun come up over the pastures, hearing the chickens in the morning, seeing our animals happy and healthy, putting up hay, and knowing that the food we raise and the products we share come from a whole lot of hard work and love.

Second Season Farm is more than just a farm to us. It’s our home, our family’s hard work, and a dream we’re building one season at a time.

We’re first-generation farmers. We weren’t handed generations of farming knowledge or a perfectly running operation. We’re learning as we go, making mistakes, fixing things, and figuring it out together. Some days we’re pretty sure the animals are running the place! 😂

But we wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

Today, we’re thankful for the farmers who came before us, the farmers working alongside us, and everyone who supports small, local farms like ours.

It’s a life we’ve chosen, a life we love, and a life we’re blessed to call our own. ❤️
