Picking our premier honeycrisp this morning! It’s an early strain of honeycrisp, same great flavor, same crisp crunch!

We will start shipping TONIGHT to your favorite farm markets in the area and around the Midwest! And of course you’ll see them in all our Chicago market locations this weekend!

Little surprise around 3am last night! Woke up to the sound of hail. A noise you never want to hear.

This storm thankfully missed our farm, but hit south around Greg’s house.

We feel horrible for the neighbors who have orchards down that way, that were affected from this hail storm!
2026 is definitely a year full of challenges!

Honeys are shaping up to be a great crop! We can’t wait for you to taste them! And find them in all your local grocery stores!

We’ve had A LOT going on the past few weeks.

Markets are in full swing! Each week we’re getting more and more produce in for everyone to enjoy! Peaches are coming fast 🍑

Keeping up at the farm keeping the fields clean and trees happy. That storm last Friday definitely left some damage and snapped a lot of little trees in a young block we planted last year!

As the apple season gets closer we’re starting to bring in bins and stack them away!

Talking with our processors and packers and getting an idea on crop size and quality!
For us it’s super important to be in close contact with them so they know what we have, we love the relationships we’ve built and are starting to build and they are a huge part of our successes each year and we hope we help them be successful as well!

Look forward to seeing everyone this weekend in Chicago at the markets!

And be on the lookout for when the home stand will be opening for peaches this season! It’ll be here before you know it🍑

This block might look a little rough. But this is what regenerative agriculture is all about! 🍎🍏

We are creating a healthier soil, by letting this grass grow and the roots to dig deeper. Creating more microbial activity to be able to cut on fertilizer and sprays. Make a healthier tree, environment, and healthier product for YOU.

We’re glad to be transitioning our acreage over and glad to have the help of GoGo squeeZ behind us as we do!
